We have a physical store in Enkhuizen and a webshop where you can order 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Also, we regularly are at events with a clothes stand.

Hard-Wear started in 2007 with only a webshop  the physical shop were added later.

Returns

'Hard-Wear' gives you the opportunity to send the ordered item back if you are unhappy about the size or quality of the article.
You will need 14 days time, the item must meet the following requirements:

- Not worn or used
- Original tickets are still stuck to the article
- In original packaging and be packed well.

Would you like to exchange an item? First send an e-mail or letter to info@hard-wear.nl to evaluate your request or complaint.
We will contact you as soon as possible a solution that can complete the order.

When you return an item to send to 'Hard-Wear', the cost of transportation paid by the sender (you as a client).

The responsibility when a return is entirely at the sender.
We will do everything to make your order even if you wish to process.

The line "money-back" is also applicable to 'Hard-Wear'.
So you are not satisfied, send the item back and receive a solution or the purchase price as soon as possible on your bank account.

Hard-Wear 'reserves the right to refuse returned items or for only a portion of the amount already paid to credit,
when it is suspected that the product has been opened, used or your debt (other than "Hard Wear" or the supplier of the product).
