Quick and easy exchange or return

1. All ordered products have a cooling off period of 14 days.
2. After revocation you have 14 days to return the products.
3. Returns are for "own" account.
4. If you choose to return, you will receive the full purchase amount within 8 days after your cancellation notice from us back in the same way you have paid. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever comes first.
5. All products come with full manufacturer's warranty.

We can personalize some products. Unfortunately it is not possible to return personalized items.

• Go to our returns portal.
• Look up your order by entering your postcode and order number.
• Please specify which item you wish to return, the amount and the reason for the return.
• Choose the method of reimbursement.
• Choose how you want to return your order.
• Check that all the details in the overview are correct, then confirm the return.

*In case of a refund you will receive the purchase amount back into your account within 14 working days. The 14 working days start as soon as we receive the package.
